HOW DOES THE PROGRAM WORK?
I will mentor you through four one-to-one sessions over a period of 12 weeks. On booking your programme, you will receive a nutrition questionnaire and food diary to be completed and returned for preliminary assessment.
On the day of your constultation I will ask detailed questions about your current health, symptoms, medical history, family history, lifestyle, use of medication, supplements, diet and health goals. I will then go on to evaluate your individual needs and use the extensive evidence base for nutritional science to develop a personalised, safe and effective nutrition, supplemental and lifestyle programme.
In follow up consultation we will evaluate where you are in relation to your goals, assess your ongoing improvement, adjust the programme at each session to take you further and continue learning and motivation.

3 follow up consultations (30 minutes each, either in person or over Skype)
